• Wet stone and hone from dull to razor sharp: $4.00 per blade

• Sharpen and hand finish to 9 microns on diamond wet stones: $6.00 per blade

• Repair and restoration of a heavily chipped edge: Add $5.00 per blade

• Complete restoration of any blade is negotiable based on repairs required

• I am available at the Jacksonville, Oregon Farmers Market on Sundays from 9 AM to 2 PM

• I offer affordable custom forged blades in both carbon steel as well as damascus steel

  • Carbon steel blades starting at $180

  • Damascus steel blades starting at $350

CUSTOM 3D PRINTING AND METAL CASTING

​

• My printer-farm consists of Prusa MK3 and MK2s printers capable of printing up to a resolution of 0.1mm in PLA, PET-G, and ABS filaments.

• Designing of 3D meshes from sketches or blueprints is available on a case-by-case basis

• Prints may be converted into 100% pure metal castings for durable components or ornamental works using the LostPLA casting process

  • Alloys available for casting include Bronze, aluminum, and Zamak family metals
